How do you calculate the extra sales?

A sale is attributed to TxtCart if/when a customer clicks the link included in TxtCarts SMS messages whether for abandoned cart recovery or SMS campaigns/reminders and makes a purchase within 72 hours.

What Apps interfere with TxtCart?

  • Other SMS messaging apps. If there is more than one SMS app installed, they will block each other and not function
    properly. Plugins may fail to render and their functionality will be blocked.
  • Apps that modify Shopify’s standard processes. TxtCart gets data about the cart and customers as well as orders from Shopify and WooCommerce. In case an app modifies or replaces something about the default checkout processes, it may block TxtCart from being able to track and text customers properly, hindering or preventing sales.
