We’re looking to add to our Operations / Customer Growth Strategy team. We are excited about the growing opportunities within our Customer Growth Strategy Team and realize the importance that the team brings to our business through building and maintaining relationships and offering superior customer service to our clients. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated background and success in internal growth, customer service, and Account Management style roles. Someone with a demonstrated leadership within their organizations, someone who is willing to learn and grow in a fun, serious and fast paced startup environment.
What will I do?
- Train with management and Customer Growth Strategy Team
- Work closely with Management
- Forecast sales goals for clients
- Provide personalized ongoing support to merchants
- Provide individualized suggestions and strategy for Enterprise Client growth
- Build relationships with B2B clients
- Familiarity with sales software and crm (HubSpot)
- Provide Zoom Demo Calls to Enterprise Prospective Clients
- Promote TxtCart services and offerings
- Participate in team calls, discussions and decisions
What skills do I need?
- Superior Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Superior Calling and Emailing Etitique
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to build relationships with prospects and B2B clients
- Able to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales and CRM and BuiltWith as well as other prominent sales tools and software
- Good organizational skills for scheduling
- The ability to express our company values and product and offering in content that sells
